Discontinuing software builds for old operating systems
Telium will no longer build and release its software products for old operating systems or architectures as of June 1st 2019. With the recent release of Ubuntu 19 and RHEL 8, Telium will no longer compile its software products for Ubuntu 13 or earlier, RHEL 6 or earlier, or Debian 8 or earlier. As well, Telium products will only be released for 64-bit architectures going forward. Telium will continue to offer existing customers technical support for ALL software already released and protected by a maintenance agreement; however, new software will only be released on modern operating systems.

After a lengthy conversion process we are finally rebranded as telium.io The new name reflects our commitment to IoT through our TeleData series of products, while also resonating with our telephony customer base (what’s more I/O than telephony). The old website and email addresses will continue to function for many years – so we won’t lose touch!
GenerationT Now 5G Compatible
Telium is pleased to announce 5G compatibility in its TeleData product line. The Generation T series of CAN bus interfaces now includes a 5G modem capable of full-time, low-power data exchange with all onboard devices. The Generation T series now places smart-vehicle to smart-city functionality within reach of all developers.
2019 Partner Conference
Join Telium’s management and technical teams for a Partner Conference from June 24-26, 2019. Located at the beautiful Blue Mountain Resort (just outside Toronto, Canada), the conference will provide an opportunity to learn about the direction of new and existing products, and also provide attendees with an opportunity to shape Telium’s products of the future. Telium will be reviewing its 3 year product and service roadmap, and will also release information about new partner programs and features.
Tunstall GmbH Selects HAast
Telium is pleased to announce that Tunstall GmbH has selected High Availability for Asterisk (HAast) to be part of its Telehealth home monitoring and communications infrastructure. With HAast, Tunstall is able to ensure its at-home Telecare customers are always in reach.
Motorola Selects HAast
Telium is pleased to announce that Motorola Solutions has selected High Availability for Asterisk (HAast) to be part of their Tetra-to-PSTN radio gateway. With HAast, Motorola is able to offer emergency responders uninterrupted PSTN access from the scene of any emergency.
256-Bit Encryption Option for HAAst
Telium’s High Availability for Asterisk (HAAst) software is now available with 256-bit AES encryption. Available as an option in the OEM edition, HAAst can now meet the needs of military, government, and high security installations.
Launch of PBXsync product
Telium today announced the release of PBXsync, a software tool which makes it possible to manage from 2 to 1000 Asterisk servers as easily as managing 1 server. PBXsync was designed for operators of large Asterisk server farms, Internet Telephony Service Providers, and multi-site offices looking to cost effectively manage their collection of Asterisk PBX’s.
