Beta Program
Introduction For Participants
Overview
Telium’s beta program gives customers and partners an opportunity to take an active part in steering future products. Membership in the beta program is by invitation only, and is generally restricted to large volume customers and partners. Members must sign a non-disclosure agreement protecting all information disclosed through the program.
Purpose of the Beta Program: The primary goal of our beta program is to gather valuable feedback from critical users. By participating, members will help us identify any issues, improve functionality, and refine the user experience before the official release. Program member insights and suggestions will play a crucial role in shaping the final product.
Invitation-Only Access: Participation in the beta program is by invitation only. We have carefully selected a group of users who we believe will provide insightful feedback and contribute to the success of our software. If you have received this invitation, congratulations! You are among the first to experience one of our new products.
Beta Portal: We have created a dedicated portal for you to provide feedback and report any issues you encounter. Here’s how it works:
- Log In: Use the credentials provided in your invitation email to log into the Beta Portal.
- Submit Feedback: Share your thoughts, suggestions, and any bugs you find. You can categorize your feedback to help us prioritize improvements.
- Track Updates: Stay informed about the latest updates and fixes based on your feedback. We’ll keep you posted on our progress and any changes made in response to your input.
- Download New Versions: Beta software is normally updated weekly and can be accessed from the download section. In case of serious bug discovery the software may be updated the same day.
- Communications: The message board allows members to communicate directly with engineers, the product manager, and their account manager. As well, a live chat and screen share feature allows the team to exchange ideas easily (even across secure environments).
Non-Portal: Some beta programs are of short duration and do not warrant the use of the beta portal. In such cases all communications will be via e-mail (through a designated Telium support technician), and downloads will be through a private FTP/download side.
Activation: In order to maintain strict control over beta software, Telium requires use of cloud activation. Use of dongles, hardware fingerprint, and volume license servers is not possible with beta software.
We value your participation and look forward to hearing your feedback. Thank you for being a part of this exciting journey and helping us build a better product!
If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to your account manager.
