We are using the OEM edition of HAast, and have setup the cluster to recover calls, conferences, queues, agents, IVR position, and more.  So far everything is working great, but calls are dropping from one of the queues on failover.

Queue NIGHTSERVICE might have 20 or more calls waiting in the queue.  If I initiate a failover (from the GUI) then the backup nodes takes over and calls move etc.  Except…just this one queue.  Setup looks fine.  I can send my config files if this helps.

You actually did very well setting up your system (without any help from Telium).  In fact, if it weren’t for a typo in your NIGHTSERVICE queue recovery parameters everything would have worked.

Look at the NIGHTSERVICE/queue/rebuildmode key.  You have “orderofarival”.  Notice the missing ‘r’.  It should be “orderofarrival”.  Fix the typo and that queue will work too.
