We have numerous clinics running their own local PBX’s, clustered with PBX’s in the cloud. In case of an known upcoming local problem (eg: major storm coming), we want to allow the local clinics to failover the phone server to the cloud PBX proactively, so that phone service / voicemails / etc continue without interruption in case the storm knocks out the local clinic.
Is it possible to let end users initiate a failover, without giving them full access to the GUI?
