NOTIFeye accepts manual and automated triggers and will intelligently issue alerts to users.  A rules engine allows NOTIFeye to understand and act differently based on numerous criteria, ensuring messages are sent to the right users at the right time.  Messages can follow escalation logic, reaching new or wider audiences based on recipient acceptance / feedback / timing, or simply broadcast to groups of users all at once or in stages.  Users can be categorized using attributes such as zone, seniority, area of responsibility, etc.  The end result is a flexible notification system that implements business rules defined by the customer.

The platform includes a robust management and reporting interface, and all system actions are logged for subsequent audit or review.   Customer can review all events, rules that were applied, users that were notified, and more using NOTIFeye’s API’s.  For selected endpoint technologies, NOTIFeye will also record alert receipt, acceptance, etc.

NOTIFeye can be purchased as service (SaaS), or as a product owned and operated by the customer.  The platform can be deployed completely in the cloud, on-premise, or hybrid.  As well, the platform includes a sophisticated clustering / high availability technology, ensuring continued operation through any level of disaster.   On-premise or hybrid deployments can integrate with local emergency service radio (RF) systems, traffic control systems, on-site phone switches (PBX), local cell towers, and off-grid messaging technologies.
